Our Navy Life!

Well.. it's a lot different writing about this now.. since Andy has been to bootcamp and back.. and is currently gaining knowledge in the Electical Technician field. I can't say that it has been or is getting any easier, because that would be un-true. What I can say is that we are here.. in the process of defining our future.. and we are sticking together. It wouldn't be fair to say that either one of us have it easy right now. Andy is still having to spend many days and some nights away from his family... and is spending countless hours trying to learn and retain information that is needed for his chosen field. There is a lot of pressure on him right now because how he ranks in his classes (and EVERY detail ~ PI inspection, tardiness, falling asleep in class.. etc) weighs heavily on his future in the NAVY. Andy must be on the top of his game ~ ALL of the time! I on the otherhand spend each and everyday doing my best to raise the boys and keep all of the "household" stuff together! Cleaning, paying bills, finding doctors, grocery shopping, etc.. is all a part of my "NAVY" job! Like I said, I can't say it's easy, but we are working together to make this work for our family! Andy and I are a team, and although are working on very different ends of the field... we are doing this!!!! It's crazy to say.... but were doing it!!! And although we are in a different state and don't always have a lot of "free time" to talk to people... we LOVE you all.. and miss each and every one of you!!
